If you phone for an emergency appointment you will be asked all manner of personal questions by the awful mafia women on reception, if and when they can be bothered. I put my prescription in on Thursday morning at 10:30 am, according to their own literature I should have been able to collect it on the Monday, its now the following Thursday and its still not done...??? One doctor at the surgery that I have regularly seen is excellent, however there is a female doctor at the surgery who is the rudest and most unempathetic person I have ever had the misfortune to meet. You will know this (Welshy) woman if and when you ever have the misfortune to have an appointment with her.
